Cory Owens introduces the Oregon-FUNdamentals virtual learning series for new Oregon NRCS employees, and Helen Denniston and Reginald Jackson discuss how they adapted it for use in Arkansas.
OR-FUNdamentals was developed out of the identified need to connect new-to-Oregon NRCS staff with each other, leadership, and resources to build a stronger sense of work community and kick-off career development. Offered bi-monthly, these virtual gatherings provide and opportunity to hear from leaders, connect with peers, and learn about what it means to work for Oregon and to be a part of a 10,000 strong national agency all dedicated to natural resources conservation.
