Dr. Kenneth Spaeth (CNTSC-NGLT) discusses the National Resources Inventory (NRI) and current conditions and trends on non-Federal grazing lands.
Dr. Spaeth gives a brief history of the NRI program and provides examples of how the data can be used to describe current conditions and identify trends on both rangeland and pasture. Dr. Spaeth also explains how reports can be customized and generated for any state based on specific needs and discusses their value and potential uses for natural resource conservation efforts.
