Sarah Trichel and Andrea Harris introduce the Louisiana CSP Stewardship Threshold Eligibility Tool, which is featured on the NRCS Employee Innovation Portal as an "Innovation Ready for Use" during the CNTSC's Conservation Innovation Webinar series - March 2, 2023.

The Louisiana CSP Stewardship Threshold Eligibility Tool provides a simple method for determining needs for meeting eligibility requirements for the Conservation Stewardship Program. It is applicable to both CSP-Classic and CSP-Renewal applications and helps remove confusion resulting from their distinct eligibility requirements. The tool notifies the conservationist when they are clear to move forward with planning and alerts them of when they need to consider changing the enhancements. The tool is also extremely helpful for training employees on CSP eligibility requirements and communicating what needs to be done to become eligible for the program to participants.
